POWAY (CNS) - A sweep of Poway and Vista by San Diego Sheriff's Department employing decoys posing as minors trying to buy booze found no violations, deputies said Sunday.
A $100,000 state grant to combat underage drinking and other crimes funded the decoy test, but this time both retailers and the adults walking into the stores said no.
Sheriff's deputies, agents from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and three minor decoys worked in the sweep.
