San Diego Model Railroad Museum opens Lego train exhibit

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The San Diego Model Railroad Museum in Balboa Park opened a Lego train exhibit Tuesday.

The annual display presented by the Southern California Lego Train Club is made entirely out of Lego bricks.

Also on display is a collection of Lego toys showing the evolution of wooden Lego trains to the modern day brick trains.

This educational display features some of the earliest Lego trains dating back to 1935. The exhibit runs through January 18.
