Going out for Thanksgiving? What's going into making your dinner

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - For many people, Thanksgiving is about spending time with friends and family, and not spending time in the kitchen.

Several San Diego restaurants are cooking up Thanksgiving dinners, including Island Prime, which expects to serve around 800 meals Thursday.

In this News 8 video story, photojournalist Eric Swanson got a sneak peek at what the chefs are serving up this Thanksgiving.
