Black Friday shopping at Toys R Us

Posted: Updated:

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A trip to the toy store is enough to bring out the kid in every adult, especially during the holiday season.

Parents got a jump start on the holiday shopping, taking advantage of great doorbuster deals at Toys R Us.

From trains to video games, parents were scooping up the must-have items on their kids' wish lists.

"Ya know what, I came in with a list and I feel better than I usually do. I kind of know what I want. So, it's kinda nice, that it's stocked. I heard someone else say that same thing. So, maybe they're better organized this year," said shopper Gabriella Davies.

This year, kids are going high-tech with electronics topping most wish-lists.
