SD County gas price drops to lowest amount since July 12

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped Sunday to its lowest amount since July 12, decreasing 1.3 cents to $3.681.

The average price has decreased 60 of the past 62 days, dropping $1.044 over that span, including 1.3 cents on Saturday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 5.8 cents less than one week ago and 21.1 cents lower than one month ago, but 7.5 cents more than one year ago.
