SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - There's nothing more precious that the birth of a baby - especially during the holidays.

But what happens when he or she is born premature? Santa pays a visit!

News 8 Photojournalist Scott Hall was at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Newborns Friday for the heartwarming ho-ho-ho's. Watch the above video for the story.
