5 displaced after house fire in Southcrest

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Two adults and three children were displaced when their Southcrest-area home caught fire early Wednesday, authorities said.

The noninjury fire at 1465 S. 58th St. erupted around 8:40 a.m., according to a San Diego fire-rescue dispatcher. Crews had it knocked down within about 10 minutes, she said.

The cause was under investigation.
