Pepsi truck hits hydrant, floods Mission Boulevard

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A delivery truck struck a fire hydrant in Mission Beach Wednesday morning, making a big mess.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. on Mission Boulevard at Zanzibar Court.

The truck hit the hydrant, causing some flooding at a taco shop and a garage.

Mission Boulevard was closed for several blocks until the water was shut off.

There were no injuries reported.
