SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose 1.4 cents Friday, matching its largest increase since Oct. 7.
The average price of $3.641 is 4.6 cents more than one week ago but 8.5 cents less than one month ago and 2.9 cents lower than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has risen eight times, decreased four times and been unchanged once over the past 13 days, increasing 5.8 cents during that span, including nine-tenths of a cent on Thursday.
The average price also rose 1.4 cents on Saturday.
