Bancorp International Group Inc and their advisers Carlton Huxley Ltd are pleased to announce that by its Order of January 2nd 2013, issued yesterday 1/9/2013, (Arbitration Number 12-01838), the Arbitration Panel of FINRA has ordered on behalf of Claimant Christopher Grabowski that TDAmeritrade Inc, at their expense, must deliver to the Claimant within 90 days, his due Stock Certificate for his required shares in Bancorp International Group Inc.

Christopher Grabowski purchased his shares post lock (26 August 2005) .

These share certificates will be on cusip 05968x205.

This Arbitration Ruling is a significant step forward for the Company and strengthens and consolidates the place of Bancorp International Group Inc in the trading forum.
