SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A Rancho Bernardo video game company is launching a brand new type of software.
It basically enables anyone to create their own interactive video game on their home computer.
The Heavy Water game studio is developing the tool that lets users create a virtual world with trees, buildings and characters, just like a professional video game.
