2 men stabbed in violent Pacific Beach bar fight

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Police are on the lookout for suspects after a violent fight in Pacific Beach early Wednesday morning.

The fight broke out around 2:00 a.m. in front of a bar in the 1000 block of Garnet Avenue and the two men involved were stabbed multiple times.

Authorities say the victims tried to use a cell phone app to locate a hospital, but they ended up at a convalescent home, which is when they finally called 911.

One of the victims, who was seriously injured, was rushed to the hospital by paramedics. The other was taken in a police car.

The cause of the fight is not known.
