SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - It has already been an aggressive flu season across the country. As San Diegans rush to get their flu shots, they are finding out that some pharmacies are running low on vaccinations.

In this Health Alert video report, Jeff Zevely has more from Tri-City Medical Center in Vista on the easiest way to track down the flu shot.
