'Valitar' tent to be sold at auction

DEL MAR (CBS 8) - The main tent of the now-defunct human and horse acrobatics show "Valitar" will soon go up for auction.

According to Fischer Auction Company's website, the main show tent, smaller tents and other items will be sold on January 29 starting at 10 a.m.

"Valitar" premiered November 16 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, but was canceled after four performances, citing slow ticket sales.

According to the U-T San Diego, the show's producer Mark Remley filed for bankruptcy in December.
