SOLANA BEACH (CBS 8) - The San Diego coastline is a popular place for cyclists, and this weekend there's a special training camp in Solana Beach just for female riders.
"We're just looking to connect women together so that they can grow and get confidence and inspiration and drive to become healthier, happy women," Darcy Eaton of the Herevolution Cycling Shop said.
The camp is sponsored by Cycling Camp San Diego and Herevolution, a cycling shop for women on Highway 101. Organizers say the camp is a great way to get out on the road and learn new cycling skills.
The camp began Thursday and runs through Sunday.
