SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The News 8 CrimeFighters are helping authorities in a countywide manhunt involving a registered sex offender who can't be found.
Russell Keith Ringer, 56, is wanted for violating parole. His criminal history includes assault with a deadly weapon, arson, battery and terrorist threats. He is known to hang out in the East County, mostly in El Cajon.
Ringer is an American Indian male, 6 feet tall, 245 pounds and has graying brown hair and brown eyes.
