Trial begins for Border Patrol agents accused of sex during Cirque du Soleil

VISTA (CBS 8) - The trial began Monday for two Border Patrol agents accused of committing a sex act during a Cirque du Soleil performance at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

Agents Gerald Torello and Kallie Helwig were off duty at the time of the incident.
