VISTA (CBS 8) - One of two Border Patrol agents accused of committing a public sex act took the stand in her own defense Wednesday.
It was at a Cirque du Soleil performance in Del Mar last May that witnesses say Kallie Helwig and Gerald Torello engaged in a lewd sex act.
Both agents were arrested after a fight between the female agent and an audience member who had complained to security.
