High-end home sales suddenly soar in California

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - San Diego's real estate market is heating up again, especially for homes priced at more than $1 million.

One million dollars gets you a nice home, but as News 8's Steve Price found out, $12 million gets you something really special.
