Suspected DUI driver arrested after crash

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A suspected DUI driver has been arrested after crashing into a parked car in North Park.

It happened just before midnight Friday in the 2600 block of University Avenue.

San Diego police say the driver of the Mustang slammed into the back of a parked SUV. The Mustang ended up on its side from the force of the impact.

Good Samaritans helped pull the driver and her passenger from the car.

The driver was then arrested by police on suspicion of driving under the influence.
