SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - On Monday we learned the American Academy of Pediatrics is revising its guidelines when it comes to diagnosing ear infections.

It's all part of an effort to best decide how to treat the condition, which sends millions of children to the doctor's office every year. It's also the focus of this week's What's Going Around report.
