Celebrating Dr. Seuss and Read Across America

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - News 8's Carlo Cecchetto got to spend the morning Friday celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America with Mrs. Weiner's kindergarten class at Sandburg Elementary in Mira Mesa.

Carlo read the classic book "The Cat in the Hat."

Saturday, March 2 would have been Dr. Seuss writer Theodor Geisel's 109th birthday.
