'Beyond Sight' blind surfer inspires the pros

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A blind surfer is inspiring some of the sport's best like Kelly Slater, Rob Machado and more with his determination to hit waves all over the world.

Derek Rabelo's story is now being told in a movie called "Beyond Sight."

In this News 8 video story, photojournalist Bruce Patch met the inspirational 20-year-old and the filmmaker.
