San Diego woman killed in motorcycle crash

TECATE (CBS 8) - A 31-year-old San Diego woman is dead after her motorcycle hit a truck in Tecate.

The CHP says the motorcyclist, identified by grieving Facebook friends as Neysa Ornelas, was heading eastbound on the 94 when an 85-year-old driving the pickup cut her off when he turned left from Emery Road onto westbound 94.

Ornelas was in full safety gear at the time of the crash.

The CHP says she had no time to swerve out of the way and slammed into the driver side of the F-150.

The truck driver suffered minor injuries from broken glass.
