Robbers hold up cell phone store at gunpoint

RANCHO BERNARDO (CNS) - Two masked suspects, one of them armed, ran out of an AT&T Net Wireless store with cash and a bag of stolen goods, and Sunday were being sought by police.

The robbery occurred at 8:32 p.m. Friday at 11924 Bernardo Plaza Drive, east of Interstate 15 and south of Rancho Bernardo Road, San Diego Police officer David Stafford said.

"Two suspects entered AT&T Net Wireless, one armed with a handgun," Stafford said. "The suspects demanded cash from a male employee in his mid-20s.

The masked suspects were described as being in their mid 20s. One suspect was heavy-set, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds with short hair and chubby cheeks.

The other suspect was thin and 5 feet 10 inches tall weighing between 150 and 160 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing.

There were no injuries.
