Woman arrested after crashing into bar's wall

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A suspected drunk driver is behind bars after crashing her car into the wall of a College Area bar.

It happened around 2:40 a.m. Monday. A sedan slammed into a wall at Effins Pub and Grill in the 6100 block of El Cajon Boulevard.

The impact put a small hole in the wall but the driver was not hurt. She was given a field sobriety test at the scene before being taken to jail.

No one in the bar was hurt. Damage is still being estimated.
