SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A woman was injured after being hit by a car while riding her bike in Kearny Mesa Monday morning.
The accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on Convoy Street near Engineer Road. The woman was reportedly hit while riding her bike outside of a crosswalk. The driver stopped, and so far no charges have been filed.
The victim was transported to a local hospital. As of this report, her condition has not been released.
It's not clear whether wet roads were a factor in the accident.
