SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A DUI suspect is recovering after crashing his bike into a moving car.
Police say the man was riding his bike in North Park, when he ran a stop sign at Arizona Street and Meade Avenue and collided with a car that was driving through the intersection.
He was taken to the hospital and will be tested for blood-alcohol content.
The driver was on her way home from work at the time and had the right of way.
Authorities say she was not at fault.
