Grilling with Styles: Berries with vanilla bean ice cream pillows

Ingredients:

1 pint washed and sliced strawberries1/2 pint washed blueberries
1 lemon, zest the skin and set aside
1 cup soft vanilla bean ice cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup of sugar
Juice from one lemon

Directions:

In a bowl combine berries, sugar and lemon juice, toss and set aside for half an hour. While waiting for the berries let you ice cream soften and whip your cream to soft peaks, add lemon zest and fold into ice cream. Scoop berries into serving cup, reserving the syrup. Top with a vanilla bean ice cream pillow and glaze with the syrup.
