SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The lead singer of a San Diego-based Christian heavy metal band accused in a murder-for-hire plot is out of jail.
Timothy Lambesis apparently posted bail and was released from the Vista jail.
His bail was lowered last week from $3 million to $2 million.

He has pleaded not guilty.
