SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The Vista National Little League is asking for the public's help to recover two stolen pitching machines.

The $1200 machines were locked up in a shed when they were stolen. The league is non-profit and the seven and eight year olds can only use those machines.

"Without those machines we can't really run that division and that division is very important. Those are the kids that are coming from tee-ball. There not ready yet for kids pitch so we need those machines to get them to the next level," explained equipment manager, Gabe Nunez.

Winterball starts up at the end of August, so if you have any information in this case, click here.
