SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Former San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders is now addressing the sexual harassment allegations and the rumors about Bob Filner's history.

"There's been rumors about this for years and years. And when you talk to some of the local politicians, now are the ones that were back in congress with him, they say that's been Filner's track record, and certainly plenty of people have endorsed him that say they knew some of this stuff might have been going on."

In an interview with CBS This Morning (seen in the above video), Sanders also said that the city is suffering from Filner's indiscretions.
