SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A Tampa man accused of luring a 14-year-old Escondido boy to fly back to Florida with him was in court Thursday.

A federal judge has denied bail to the so-called "Playstation predator," who is accused of luring an Escondido teenager he met online to his home in Florida.

During Thursday's bail hearing at the federal courthouse in downtown, prosecutors revealed graphic sexually-charged texts and photos Tony McLeod allegedly sent to his 14-year-old victim.

One text read, "we won't be able to keep our hands off each other."

If convicted, he could face between 10 years to life in prison.
