SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - There's more fallout in the Mayor Filner sexual harassment scandal.
A 15th accuser has come forward, and now a restaurant chain has announced it's refusing to serve the mayor.
In the meantime, the recall effort continues, but without one of the organizers.
