First sidewalk cafe opens after new regulation is passed

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - San Diego is home to some incredible restaurants, and they can now offer outdoor seating thanks to a new regulation.

On Thursday, the first sidewalk cafe opened since the City Countil passed the new rule.
