Grilling with Styles: Arugula Pesto

Ingredients:

2 cups packed Arugula
1/3 cup walnut pieces
1 clove Garlic
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup olive oil
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp. kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions: 

Place the entire ingredient in a food processor and combine. You are looking for a some what smooth appearance but you can leave it chunkier if you would like the Pesto to be more rustic. Adjust the flavor with more lemon or salt.
