Grilling with Styles: Grilled Bread Pudding and Berries

Ingredients:

3 eggs
3/4 cup Half & Half
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
Pinch of salt
4 cups French bread cubed
1/2 stick of Butter
Large piece of foil
Basket of Berries

Directions:

Whisk eggs, Half & Half, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla and salt. Add 4 cups bread cubes and toss until liquid is absorbed. Line baking pan with foil and spread butter on all sides. Be sure to use enough foil to make a packet, pour in bread and egg mixture and top with Berries. Seal foil tightly and place on medium high heat Grill on indirect heat and close lid. Turning several times, it should take about 30 minutes.

Remove from grill, cut open foil and serve with Ice cream or Whipped cream
