SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Lifeguards recovered a woman's body off the coast of Sunset Cliffs Thursday, authorities said.
The body of a woman described as being in her mid-20s was spotted floating about 100 yards from the end of Monaco Street shortly after 12:30 p.m., according to San Diego police.
There were no immediate indications of any suspicious circumstances in connection with the fatality, SDPD Detective Gary Hassen said.
The county Medical Examiner's Office was called in to take custody of the body.
