SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – If you want to indulge in Coronado's island fare Wednesday night is the night.

The non-profit Coronado Junior Woman's Club is hosting "A Taste of Coronado" fundraiser.

Participants can experience firsthand Coronado's "Island Fare in the Ocean Air." Twenty eight restaurants, retailers, and hotels at both ends of Orange Avenue will offer food and beverage samples to participants from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Participants should check-in at one of two locations; Rotary Park at Orange and Park Avenue and 1 Ave.

Trolley cars will be available to transport attendees between the participating businesses located at or near the Ferry Landing and those at the southwestern end of Orange Avenue.

Tickets are available the day of the event for $40.00 each and can be purchased at Rotary Park in Coronado.
