SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A detailed sketch of a sexual assault suspect has been released by San Diego Police with hopes that the public can help capture the man accused of also breaking into a City Heights woman's home.

Police say an unidentified man entered a woman's home through her unlocked front door on the 4000 block of 48th Street on Monday. At approximately 5:30 p.m., he forced her into a room and sexually assaulted her before leaving the scene, according to police.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned, possibly Hispanic male who is between the ages of 25 and 35. He was last seen in a dirty white t-shirt with a stain on it, brown work boots, denim jeans, with facial hair and with combed salt and pepper hair.

One neighbor who recognized the suspect says he believes the suspect lives in the neighborhood.

Police urge anyone with information to call the Sex Crimes Unit at 619-531-2210.
