Help San Diegans living with T1D receive better treatments and hope for a cure by supporting local research efforts. In 2013, JDRF will fund $9.9 million in research in San Diego. Currently, there are 25 JDRF research projects at local institutions including UCSD, The La Jolla Institute of Allergy & Immunology, The Salk Institute and The Scripps Research Institute JDRF is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency; all donations are tax deductible.
