SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Bail is set at $50,000 for the man involved in a SWAT stand-off at his La Jolla condo complex last week.

Sixty-three-year-old Alan Deller fired two shots inside his condo, then refused to come out when ordered to by police.

Deller's attorney says the entire incident was a misunderstanding and that he accidentally fired his weapon then panicked when police arrived.

The judge also ordered that if he makes bail, he is not to have any contact with his neighbors.

He's due back in court December 12.
