Chargers 2014 Join the Team Calendar preview

Posted: Updated:

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The Chargers enjoyed a bye week, with no game to play, but they're still scoring a big win off the field.

The Chargers are once again teaming up with San Diego County Adoptions and Adopt 8, for the 2014 Join the Team Calendar. It's the seventh year of this great partnership.

Photojournalist Ann Marie Spaulding and CBS News 8's Marcella Lee take you behind-the-scenes for an exclusive look at the summer photo shoot in the above video.

The goal of the calendar is to spread awareness about the need for adoptive homes. The 2014 Join the Team Calendar will be revealed at the Chargers/Bengals game on Sunday, December 1 and distributed to fans on that day.

If you're interested in adopting, call 1-877-I-ADOPT-U.
