CHULA VISTA (CNS) - Chula Vista police sought the public's help Sunday to find two senior citizens who went missing from their respective homes.

Norma Lea Luikart, 72, was last seen at about 7:45 a.m. at an adult care facility in the 400 block of East Oxford Street, where she had lived for the past month, according to Chula Vista police. She did not have money or identification, police said.

Luikart has dementia and a seizure disorder, police said. She knows her name but not where she lives, according to authorities.

Luikart is white, 5 feet 2 and 180 pounds and has wavy neck length gray hair and blue eyes, according to Chula Vista police. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket with flowers, a brown long sleeved shirt and pink and green striped pants, police said.

James Marsh, 80, walked away from his home near Southwestern College late Saturday night and was last seen shortly after midnight in the vicinity of the 400 block of H Street, according to police.

Marsh has dementia, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and low blood pressure and requires daily medication, police said. He normally walks with a cane, but left it behind, police said.

Marsh does not know where he lives, authorities said.

Marsh is black, 5 feet 9, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown and yellow Padres jacket, blue and red plaid pajama pants and blue slippers, police said.

The disappearances are not related, police said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Luikart or Marsh was asked to call police at (619) 691-5151.
