MIRA MESA (CBS 8) - Investigators this morning, are still trying to figure out what sparked a fire that damaged two houses in Mira Mesa.

Firefighters responded to reports of a fire in the backyard of a home on the 7700 block of Acama Street Monday.

Flames quickly moved along a fence and spread to two homes before firefighters were able to knock them down.
