SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Among the events taking place at the 2014 ACG Utah Intermountain Growth Conference-which will be held in Salt Lake City on Thursday, March 13, 2014-will be panels with guests and mediators representing heavy-hitting industry leaders.

The panels will take place in two tracks, each with two sessions. The first track will feature a panel titled "Made in the USA: Vertical Integration and On-Shoring" from 2:00 pm to 3:20 pm and "Finding the Right Strategic Acquisition for Growth" from 3:40 pm to 5:00 pm. The second track will include "M&A Review and Outlook for 2014" from 2:00 pm to 3:20 pm and "Deals Done Here" from 3:40 pm to 5:00 pm.

"Made in the USA: Vertical Integration and On-Shoring" will include Mark Lehman from Parson, Bell & Latimer as a moderator and executives from BlendTec, Liberty Safe, Mity-Lite and Catterton Partners as panelists. "Finding the Right Strategic Acquisition for Growth" will feature Brian Lloyd of Parr Brown as moderator and panelists from Zions Bank, Pluralsight One, One Marketing and TechMediaNetwork. The "Deals Done Here" panel will have Sahfique Jahmohammed of Zions Bank as moderator and panelists from Sorenson Capital, GOED and Durham Jones, while the panelists for "M&A Review and Outlook for 2014" will come from Sorenson Capital with mediators and other panelists to be announced later. 

Also at the conference is "Deal Link" Thursday afternoon, during which private equity groups and intermediaries active in the intermountain region can schedule meetings in private executive suites for 30-minute blocks to discuss real deals. Corporate executives, private equity groups, and all other conference attendees will be able to meet and mingle at the ACG Utah Capital Connection® social and buffet after the afternoon programs and Deal Link.
