From now through February 4th at 12:00 P.M. PST, supporters, community members and football fans are encouraged to donate to their respective community's Boys & Girls Clubs, with the goal of raising at least $48,000 for each organization in honor of the 48th Super Bowl.

"Like most of us, our kids are caught up in the excitement of the Super Bowl," said Calvin Lyons, President of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. "The Boys & Girls Clubs Bowl will let kids make their own kind of history. The funds raised will make the Clubs even stronger. We have no doubt that the King County community, especially the 12th Men and Women, will help us come out winners."

More than money is on the line in this competition. If the Denver Clubs win the 'Boys & Girls Clubs Bowl,' Seattle Club kids and staff must wear Broncos team colors for a day. And if the Greater Seattle Clubs win, Denver kids and staff must wear Seahawks colors.

The Denver Metro clubs are equally confident in their ability to raise funds. Kathy Luna, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, shared, "We are excited to take on this challenge and raise meaningful funds for Denver youth."

The money from this fundraising challenge will help Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver continue providing programs that help kids live happy, positive lives.
