SAN DIEGO (CNS) - An 83-year-old Clairemont woman who went missing this week turned up in good health Friday near Los Angeles International Airport.
Doris Hargis hadn't been seen since Thursday morning, when she apparently drove off in her 1998 Nissan Frontier pickup truck, according to San Diego police.
Hargis seemingly drove herself to Los Angeles for unknown reasons and spent the night there, SDPD public-affairs Officer Jim Johnson said. It was not immediately clear how authorities learned of her whereabouts.
