Paul Duke, formerly of Comfort Systems, joins leadership team at Countywide

SANTEE, Calif., Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Countywide Mechanical Systems recently announced that Paul Duke has joined the company's leadership team as president. In his new role, Duke is responsible for the entire operations of Countywide Mechanical Systems, located in Santee, Calif.

"Paul brings more than 25 years of mechanical industry experience from both the operations and financial sides of the business to our team," says Tim Chadwick, chief executive officer of MMC Corp, Countywide Mechanical Systems' parent company. "We're confident that he will take this office to the next level."

Duke comes highly qualified for the position and is well-acquainted with the southern California market, having spent his entire career in San Diego. Prior to joining Countywide Mechanical Systems, Duke served as president of the San Diego office of Comfort Systems where he was responsible for daily operations as well as all aspects of financial reporting and accounting.

Throughout his extensive career, Duke held positions as operations manager, chief financial officer, and president. Additionally, Duke oversaw the accounting and operations for three San Diego companies purchased by his previous organization, eventually integrating them into a single operating unit.

"Paul has proven successful at building strong teams that are focused on long-term partnerships with quality clients," says Chadwick. "As an employee-owned company, that's important to us because we always strive to deliver our vision of providing clients with an unparalleled construction experience."
