Grilling with Styles: Citrus Rub Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons finely grated Orange zest
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated
5 pounds baby back ribs, cut into 2 rib serving size

Directions:
Stir together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Rub the ribs on all side, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour, up to 10 hours. On a preheated grill to medium place your ribs so the heat can get around on all side, this will allow the edges to get that crispiness everyone loves. Cover the grill, be sure to turn the ribs multiple times. Cooking time will be 35-40 minutes until meat is tender and crisp on the outside.
